Fancois played the co-lead opposite Jeremy Irons for 3 years on the critically acclaimed Showtime series THE BORGIAS. He is a French Canadian actor who trained at the Conservatoire d'art dramatique de Montreal in 2007. He has a strong background in theater with roles in productions such as AWAKE & SING and L'HEURE DU LYNX. Francois also has strong experience in television with recurring and guest starring roles in YAMASAKA and TAXI 22. Some of his Canadian films include LES GRANDES CHALEURS and I KILLED MY MOTHER for which he received the award for best supporting actor in a Canadian film by the Vancouver Film Critics Circle. He will next be seen in the feature film COPPERHEAD directed by Ron Maxwell and the Fox International production of AMAPOLA for Oscar winner Eugenio Zanetti which Francois is the lead. He most recently finished shooting another leading role in THURSDAY for director Balazs Juszt in Budapest as also BIG SKY opposite Kyra Sedgwick for Killer Films.
